At Equeene Equestrian, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are clean and free of any horse hair or debris.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
